Lousewort or Wood Betony (currently Pedicularis bracteosa) is used for tight and tense muscles, for instance from overwork, hard exercise, long drives - anything that would also be helped by a good massage. Please be aware that sometimes another herb is called by this name, which we have listed as Betony (Stachys betonica).
