Betony (Stachys betonica) is a European plant, not to be confused with the Wood Betony (Pedicularis canadensis), which we also sell. Betony is used for muscle tension, especially in the neck, and for people who are too much in their head. It has been found useful for tension headaches, digestive upset from stress, and nervous tension.
